Notification Service

The PDS notification service is available at the following URL: https://pds.nasa.gov/datasearch/subscription-service/top.cfm

In order to receive notifications about all updated and new standards, you should be subscribed to the following Documents and Software Programs:

Documents:

  • Planetary Data System Standards Reference (PDF or DOC)
  • Planetary Science Data Dictionary (PDF)

Software Programs:

  • PDS Data Dictionary and Index (datadictionary.zip)

Note that other PDS tools may be updated in response to changes in PDS standards. You should therefore be subscribed to all the tools that you use in your work, in order to maintain the most up-to-date copies of these tools.
