SCR 3-1143: Add “DVD+R” to list of acceptable physical media formats

Problem Summary
The MGN bistatic radar data set is currently being archived on DVD+R media. The team has reqeusted the addition of this media type to the standard value list of the MEDIUM_TYPE keyword. However, this list is restricted by those formats either used in the past or currently specified in chapter 11, “Media Formats for Data Submission and Archive”, of the Standards Reference. Work is currently underway in the Physical Media Working Group to address issues related to physical media archiving. How do we proceed with this request?
