- Pixel data type - archival product should be in IEEE format (change to
  IEEE floating pt)
- Core base, multiplier reqd? (don't complicate data format?)
- Require corner pixels
- Pixel coordinates - are images as displayed or mirror images?  line
  and sample directions are not obvious - please specify origin (SAMPLE_DD,
  LINE_DD included as keywords? - left, right, up, down)
- We don't need to know which band comes first
- Req'd keywords list:
  - sufffix_item_bytes inconsistency (SS: ISIS anachronism)
  - (require suffix_bytes to be consistent with suffix_item_bytes & move
    to ISIS section)
  - JZ: suffix_item_type needed? yes
RS (RS): can we make this a specific instantiation of the CUBE?
