Archive Lifecycle Document (Joyner)
Dick - This is a detailed expansion of the PAG
Mitch - What is purpose? Arch lifecycle doc (ALD) should be a guideline 
 for the pds
Dick - Doesn't see need for ALD
Mitch - Thinks we need an overarching doc
Joel - Doesn't see this as a follow-on to the PAG, more of a spin-off
 need this since DPW is no longer completely applicable (ex: ingestion)
 There was much supporting documentation when pds was formed
 Minimal need to update due to experience of DEs
 Now that PDS is changing in structure, there exists a need to revisit 
  documentation
 Tracking springs from gateways established in ALD
Mitch - ALD is top priority for CN, DPW for nodes
Ron - Need to define ALD before creating replacement for DPW
Dick - CN should write the lifecycle document
Mitch - Need two docs - ALD + DPW
 need to focus on only pds roles, leaving out mission details
Joel - Mission archive guide and DPW
Mitch - HQ looking for documentation
Ron - Need to ID sections to remain in lifecycle and those to put in appendices
Tony - Is this the resp of this meeting or CN?
Ed Guin - Need for workbook, not certain where ALD fits in
Mitch - Audiences for ALD: new PDS people, HQ
Joel - Create two hi level outlines
Ron - Agree
 who are users? new people
Dick - Stds are the bible, DPW2 is laymans interpretation

*AI* Create two documents - Mitch will write hi-level doc for both docs 
     w/ Dick as consultant
