               there was sufficient email banter (see BLOG comments),
that I think:
                 (1) it warrants a 2nd round of discussion
                 (2) possibly, ammend the SCR during the telecon 
                 (3) attempt a 2nd round of voting

             Note that I added the email comments (that were included
with the e-votes) 
             to the BLOG for S.Slavney, T.King, P.Garcia, and M.Gordon)

         (2) Resume discussion of binned SCR's
             - review summary
             - discuss re-design of the Standards web pages;
             - how y'all would like to see the thing work
