SCR 3-1137: Correct Typos and Similar Errors in the APG and PAG

Problem Summary

The Proposer’s Archiving Guide (PAG) and Archive Preparation Guide (APG) have typos and other errors, some of which are corrected in the SCR 3-1118 revisions. Others were missed or were judged to be outside the scope of SCR 3-1118 but still should be corrected noew that they have been identified.
