SCR 3-1098: Movies as new data object

Problem Summary: At the Nov. 29-30, 2006 Management Council meeting, we were directed to develop an SCR for a new data object description for movies. This will require determing what capabilities we need for the movies, investigating which formats will support these requirements, determining which external standards organizations are responsible for the formats, and selecting acceptable formats. Finally, we will need to develop the labeling requirements for the new object.
