SCR 3-1147: New keywords SOURCE_PRODUCT_START/STOP_TIME

Problem Summary: The CRISM data provider has requested the creation of two new keywords, SOURCE_PRODUCT_START_TIME and SOURCE_PRODUCT_STOP_TIME, to indicate the time range of one or more source products used to generate a derived product. The keywords are needed for CRISM CDR products that will be delivered in March 2009. These are proposed for the PSDD rather than the MRO LDD because they seem to be generally useful. We could not find any existing keywords that serve this purpose.
